 Error # 48 Dll not found error

 Error # 48 Dll not found error

I am calling a 3rd party DLL with API calls and on about 50% of the machines
my app is installed on , Error 48 "file not found abc.dll" is occurring.
The file is getting installed to the Windows\System folder, but i do not
know why it is not working.

Any ideas appreciated.
