I moved from programming in VB3 to 5.  I noticed when I installed 5 on
my machine, there was no help file providing info for the APIs.  I did
find a TEXT file with the DECLAREs, but not help.  Was this omitting
on Release 5 or is it available from MSoft via. the web?
