Does anyone know of any routines to fade-in and fade-out images with the
Image Control?  Like a slide show.  It needs to work with all supported
formats (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, etc.).

Also, are there any API functions to control screen brightness.  One idea
was to fade the entire screen to black.
