Originally, the user's PC/notebook has been configured on fixed IP.
If the user uses a DHCP network, the user can't use his fixed IP but have
to reconfigure his PC to use DHCP. So, the idea is, instead of asking the
user to change the properties of Network Neighborhood, can he run a program
to change the property to 'DHCP' ?
