
Setting the Regional Date and Time Settings.
Like I said, you should not do it. Someone who mucks with my control panel
not only gets uninstalled, they get every single person I know finding out
about the piece of {*filter*}that presumed to tell my settings they were not good
enough.
Responsible apps learn to work within a user's regional settings.
I mention the API and point out it is BAD to use it, truly. You are not
going to revolutionize the UI and produce something better than the control
panel for users, so why not just let their settings be?
