Can some tell how I can dial a phone number that is setup under dialup
networking using VB.

you can use neither tapi or to overide teh callsystem of windows..

Please give our RAS Dialer control a try -- it can access your system
phonebook to dial any number set up by Dial Up Networking.  The RAS
control comes as part of our freeware SocketWrench package as well as
our commercial SocketTools package, the only difference being that the
commercial product allows you to create new phonebook entries.

The SocketWrench and SocketTools packages can be downloaded from our
