How to simulate the FIND function of Windows '95

Hi friends,
I have to find out all the paths from the root directory of a PC, that
matches
a word (subdirectory) for instance TEMP.
Do I have to use the DIR$ function and to search the entire PC ? or Is
there a more direct way to do that search?. I use Visual Basic v. 3.0.

Thanks in advance,

Sincerely,

Cesar Altamirano.
