Hello, is there any way of accessing a handle to a PictureBox's Palette
that works?  I have tried loading pictures in various ways, via the
Properties page, via Loadpicture, done refreshes, tried it with
AutoRedraw
set to T/F, etc... But I have not yet been able to get anything from
picBox.Picture.hPal, other than zero.

Plus, the reference manual (online and printed) mentioned a Palette
Property
that PictureBox Controls are *supposed* to have - haven't found one yet.
