How can i use the mail adresses saved in MS Outlook Express adressbook in my
own e-mail program?

Hi,

You have to reference the Outlook object within your application. Create an
instance of this reference and then you can do whatever you want. All the
things in Outlook will be accessible to your application.

Despite the subject line, the original question was about Outlook Express which is a completely different product to Outlook.
