Can this be done?????

I would like to create a list box with 4 columns and anywhere from 1 to 100
items in the list.  The first column contains a description and the
remaining columns contain checkboxes.  Only one checkbox can be selected
per description.

DESCRIPTION     1       2       3       SCROLL
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Description1            X       _       _       /\
Description2            _       X       _       ||
Description3            X       _       _       ||
Description4            _       _       X       ||
Description5            _       _       X       \/
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought I could place multiple list boxes next to each other but I hope
there is an easier way do this.
