 Date functions under W2K don't work correctly !! ??

 Date functions under W2K don't work correctly !! ??

I've got some webserver code running on wk2, everytime I use date I
get the date in the format m/d/yy - the regional settings are set to
d/m/yy -

and it gets worse, if I use the month or day function it ALWAYS treats
the date as m/d/yy - I can't find a way around this - help please !!
