Deploying a Crystal Reports 7 application with Instal Shield
Check out http://support.crystaldecisions.com/library/kbase.asp
Type "cannot find database dll" into the search box .... and then look at
the million reasons that seagate give for this error.
Also, if you look in the Developers help file you should find a list of
required files for installation
