    Are there some API, to know which files is being opening from my disk?

    Also to know, when a file are create or modificate in the disk?

I'm not sure about the "files being opened" part but Karl Peterson has an
excellent sample on his site concerning file attributes.

Go to http://www.mvps.org/vb/, select Samples from the list on the left, and
scroll down to FileInfo.zip.
