 SetAbort does not roll back transaction

I am running through IDE.
Its not compiled yet.

 SetAbort does not roll back transaction

To properly debug an MTS component you must compile the
DLL and set binary compatiblity. Also, just in case you were
not aware - the DLL project must be loaded into a separate
instance of VB. You must run the DLL project before calling
it from your application.
