"Path/File Access Error" will *usually* happen when the calling party does not have access to the file.

  Hello !

  I use VB to code a webclass , the WebClass purpose is File Copy from one
  direct to another at server side , I use FileCopy command , But Strangly if
  I operate in server then the action is ok , but if I do in client then
  appear error message is "Path Or File error "(transfer from chinese) , Why ?
  Can anyone help me .
