 VB6 Data Environment Designer and SQL Server 2000

Hi
I'm using VB6 Data Environment Designer. It works well with SQL Server 7.
But I can't use all of its features with SQL Server 2000. For example, I can
not create a new View or change the structure of a Table from Data
Environment Designer in VB6.
