CARDS.DLL 16 Bit doesn't work on VB 4.0 32 Bit

 CARDS.DLL 16 Bit doesn't work on VB 4.0 32 Bit

Dear All ,
                When applying this module on VB 16 Bit it works properly
'cause the CARDS.DLL is also 16 Bit
I have CARDS.DLL  32 Bit of Win/Nt  so may anybody help me how to modify
this file to work with VB 4.0  32 Bit
