 Run-time error: '-2005529767 (88760b59)':

Why am I getting this error when I run the Direct3D PointSprites SDK
vbsample:

Run-time error: '-2005529767 (88760b59)':
Automation error

It seems to error in the D3DUtil_CreateTexture function at Set tex.

It's a tool that comes with the DirectX SDK.  Looking up your error number
with this tool says: D3DXERR_INVALIDDATA.  Was the SDK installed on the
system you are trying to test this application on?  If not, the application
will not be able to find it's textures.  This could result in the error you
are seeing.

Yes the SDK is installed on the system I am trying to use the application on
but I dont seem to have the DXErrLookup tool. I did do a thorough search for
it and it definately didnt download with the 8.1 SDK.
