 porting visual c++ 6.0 addins to visual studio.net

i've got the source code for visual studio addins for CPPunit and Doxygen ..
and  they compile & run fine on Visual C++ 6.0
but now i've got VC.Net and they don't even compile ..
for instance the CPPunit addin #includes some headers in the ObjModel
directory
which i can't find in vc7 ..
these are some of them :
#include <ObjModel\addauto.h>
#include <ObjModel\appdefs.h>
#include <ObjModel\appauto.h>

so.. does anyone know how i can easily port these addin's to vc7?
any docs on that, or has it been done?
i'm willing to do the work if need be, but i have no clue where to start..
the msdn docs cover vc7 addin's ..but they don't really explain what's
changed, and what i'd
have to modify from previous versions of visual c++
any help if possible, or a more appropriate forum for this question
