When the application being built using VC 4, it runs OK.
However, when built using VC 7, it fails to start.
Following is the error message
"Application Error:
The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000018). Click on OK to
terminate the application". Any one has some idea what is
wrong how to fix it?
