 Bug? C1001...

Not sure if this has been taken care for (I'm newbie,
blah, blah...):

Managed code:
...
#include <string>
#include <tchar.h>
void Hello(const std::basic_string<TCHAR>& name = _T("")){}
...

generates:
fatal error C1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR  (compiler
file 'f:\vs70builds\9466\vc\Compiler\Utc\src\P2\main.c',
line 146)

I use same "buggy" header for managed & unmanaged
libraries, so I placed _MANAGED macro to take care about
it. If there is a smarter way to do this...
