 Set standard output to "output" in the same thread to a textbox

i'm building a dll in VC++ to be called from a VBasic
project.

The dll works in the same thread of VBasic and i need send
all the messeges of "count" command to a textbox windows.

I read it can be done through pipes but i think it's only
with different process in i have only one (with two
threads)
