Build error in VC.Net - The parameter is incorrect

I am trying to build a VC7 dll and I get the following
error.

Error: The parameter is incorrect.

---------------------- Done ----------------------

    Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 skipped

There is no explanation of where the parameter is
incorrect.  I am assuming it is a parameter that I have
set in my compile options.  This is the C++ command line:

/Od /D "_WIN32_WINNT=0x0400" /D "WINVER=0x0400" /D "DBG=1"
/D "DEBUG" /D "_DEBUG" /D "INC_OLE2" /D "STRICT" /D "WIN32"
 /D "_WIN32" /D "_MT" /D "_DLL" /D "_X86_=1" /D "_WINDLL" /
D "_MBCS" /D "_AFXDLL" /FD /EHsc /MDd /Gy /Yu"stdafx.h" /Fp
".\Debug/SeparateIDX.pch" /Fo".\Debug/" /Fd".\Debug/vc70.pd
b" /W3 /nologo /c /Zi /Gz

The link command line is:
/OUT:"C:\WINDOWS\System32
\SeparateIDX.dll" /INCREMENTAL /NOLOGO /DLL /DEF:".\Separat
eIDX.DEF" /DEBUG /PDB:".\Debug/SeparateIDX.pdb" /SUBSYSTEM:
WINDOWS /NOENTRY /BASE:"0x1d200000" /IMPLIB:".\Debug/Separa
teIDX.lib" /MACHINE:IX86 strmbasd.lib msvcrtd.lib
quartz.lib vfw32.lib winmm.lib version.lib largeint.lib
comctl32.lib olepro32.lib "\Program
Files\DXSDK\Samples\C++\DirectShow\BaseClasses\Debug\strmba
sd.lib" "\Program Files\DXSDK\Lib\quartz.lib"

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

SW

I found the problem.  The browse file was locked and could
not be overwritten.

Thanks,

SW
