BUG: Visual Basic 6.0 T-SQL Debugger Fails Against SQL Server 2000 Named Instance (Q310647)

This particular issue is not related to SQL Server 7.0, since 7.0 does not
have named instances. Have I misunderstood your question?

If you are having problems using the T-SQL De{*filter*} with SQL 7.0: Have you
run the manual installation of the server-side components from CD #2 of
Visual Basic or Visual Studio Enterprise?
