It is hard so say anything particular. Check if you
installed something new on that PC last time. Maybe
provider was corrupted

Try to configure the DSN for the ODBC connection to Sybase and change the
select Mode property from the performance tab to 0-Cursor Mode (The default
for this is 1- Direct Mode)
