 Record limit

Hello,

When doing an ADO query, is there a way to set a max number of records
returned?

Thank you,

Chris

 Record limit
Hi,

It depends on database. In case of SQL Server you can use
TOP clause in your SELECt statement. Next query will
return only 25 first records

SELECT TOP 25 * FROM MyTable

 Record limit
Set the maxRecords property of the recordset.

How well this works depends on the provider/database. Setting it in
AdoAnywhere browser ( www.adoanywhere.com/cnet ) on Access for example does
not work. Using Shape does..
