I have mdac 2.6 installed on my win2k sp1 box. When deploying my application
I found out that the customer has mdac 2.5, which in turn sets the MISSING:
flag in the references box. Now I'd like to know how to get back to mdac 2.5
on my machine?

Anyone please?

I've never tried this but the component checker is supposed to be able
to remove mdac. Then you can reapply the version you need. Check out:
