ADo ADD New and Update also Edit Update

Have created a simple Data base (Access) Using the  Wizard in VB6. Works
fine except. I know you have already figured out what my problem is. When
you update the DB it is held in some sort of holding cache until you exit
the program. Then it is written to the database. This make editing and
adding new items  a mess when you want to report the data immediately.
Please Doctor Anthony How do I work around this.
