Does anyone know anyway to monitor connection pooling with ADO
applications?

Do you mean OLE DB or straight ODBC? ODBC connection pooling can be
monitored by using the SQL Server tools for the job, but for OLE DB I
just use Perfmon (somebody have a better tool please let me know).
