Release ADO connection from a connection pool

Hi,
I need to release the connection made by my connection object. After using
.Close and set to nothing, the connection is still live in a connection
pool.  The tables need to be accessed exclusively, so this is causing a
problem. If anyone knows how to accomplish this, please help.

Thanks in advance!

Release ADO connection from a connection pool
You can disable OLE DB Resource Pooling.  Since you probably don't want to
do this for all apps on the machine permanently, you can do it in your ADO
connection string by adding the argument "OLE DB Services = -2".

Please see http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/techart/pooling2.htm.
