
VB3 & Access 2.0 setting security from VB

You cannot do this from VB3, but you can with VB4 (both 16-bit and 32-bit
versions.) Doing security programmatically is pretty tricky though,
compared to doing it interactively in MS Access (esp. since you can use the
Security Wizard to do most of the work.)
