 VB 3.0 with Access 95 or 97

Is this possible?  If so, what's the magic?

Using a VB 3.0 (16-bit) application to access data in an Access 95 or 97
database.  Users' workstations are running Windows 95.

Sorry, no. If you leave the Jet database in 2.0 format, an Access95/97
database can attach to it, but you can't go the other way.
