Writing data from VB 5.0 to a SQL Server 6.5 database

I am having problems writing a value from a text box in VB 5.0 to a field
in a SQL Server 6.5 database with a text datatype.  I have recently changed
the datatype to varchar and no problems writing data to the
field.....BUT.... I am very limited (255 characters).  Can anyone help?

The initial code is as follows:

rs![memo] = txtMemo.text

To write data to a TEXT column in SQL Server you must use the AppendChunk
method.

To read the data you use the GetChunk method.
