Problems with 00's in CR 7.0

I don't know if it's Crystal Reports 7.0 or VB 6.0, but when I run
certain CR reports within VB the numbers come out with two zeros at the
end. Almost like it thinks it's currency. On my computer it works
without the trailing zeros, but on another PC it outputs the zeros. The
only difference in my PC and the other PC is that the other PC is Win98
and my PC is Win95. I found a workaround on the PC by going to Regional
settings under the Number tab to display only the number and not the
zeros, but I don't want to have to do that.
Any ideas? or something to check?
Carlton.
