 Making a multiple fields drop down list

Hi,
    is there a way in SQL (VB6) to select a size for a certain field? What i
want to do is to show the ID and the name in the drop down list. So far, it
looks like this:

83762362|Jennifer Hayes
63565|Joe Curtis

i wanna make it look like this:

83762362|Jennifer Hayes
63565       |Joe Curtis

Any hints? Thanks!

 Making a multiple fields drop down list
Is the data from seperate locations?
IE: Number=12345
     Name="John Doe"
if so, try user data type..
type Info
  Number as string *10
  Name as string *30
end type
dim Dat as Info
then call the info to the list:
Listdata=Dat.Number & Dat.Name

or....
format the data for specific size
Num=format(Number,##########)  ' #=number of digit places

either method should work

Hope this helps...
