Need help!

We encounter problem for a recently installation here with Crystal
Report ActiveX smart viewer plugin for IE. The problem occur when IE try to
download the plugin under Chinese MS Windows 98SE.

IE version tried are v5.0, v5.5 SP1 and v5.5 SP2.
