Viewing Crystal Reports from a browser

I'm having trouble viewing Crystal Reports .rpt files in a web browser.
I get the 'file download' prompt instead of blowing up the report in
the browser (using whatever viewing being called at the Crystal Web
Server end).

Under the same web server, I can view .rpt reports via the browser in
certain other directories successfully. I've checked everything and
can't seem to find any difference between the two directories and their
contents. The same report file produces different results depending on
directory.

Is there something I need to setup in the Crystal Web Server / IIS?
From the documentation, it states that as long as I am using IE, I need
not install additional stuff to my browser, and the Crystal Web Server
will select auto select the appropriate viewer.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason
