Using CR 7.0, I set up a report with a crosstab using SQL tables,
linked with primary/foreign key. The foreign key table contains the
summary and row fields, the primary key table is used to show the
primary key description itself instead of the number value. Works
perfect, but if I try to replace the primary key SQL table with an MS
Access table (identical structure), it will not select the records from
Access whatever way I try. I am accessing Access via DAO, and I have
the impression that CR has problems with the linking between the
tables. I HAVE TO use an external source as this contains texts in a
language not supported by MS SQL and combine it with English. Does
anybody know how to solve this problem? Help is greatly appreciated.
