I have installed a vb.net application using Crystal Reports .net on a
Windows 98 machine / IE 6.0 sp1.  The setup program included the following
merge modules:

Crystal_Database_Access2003
Crystal_Database_Access2003_enu
Crystal_regwiz2003
VC_User_ATL71_RTL_X86
VC_User_CRT71_RTL_X86
VC_User_MFC71_Loc_RTL_X86
VC_User_MFC71_RTL_X86
VC_User_STL71_RTL_X86

When installed, the application works great on an XP machine, but I always
receive the "Load Report Failed" message when attempting to print.
