Prompt values with spaces - Newbie

How does a user, or the report, do a "like" statement in the select expert
that will recognize a space in the prompt value.  Is there a delimiter we
can use?  We have about 10 prompts to either display all records, or limit
on the user's criteria, but if the parameter value contains a space, the
"like" does not recognize user input after the space.

eg.  like "West Toronto" looks for "West" only.

Thanks in advance...
