Hello,

I've defined some Reports with CR Designer 6.0 in VB 5.0 (I use a RDO
connection with SQL server 6.5). I've tested all of them, also with the
CR Viewer, and all was ok.

I've distributed the final front application on workstation with OS Win
98 and MS Office 97 installed. But, when I activate the command button
to view a report in CR Viewer, I obtained the following error :

Runtime Error '-2147417848 (80010108)
Automation Error

Can someone help me ?

Did you make the distribution disks on a  machine with OS Win 98 and MS
Office 97 installed?

If you did I would go to www.seagatesoftware.com and search their knowledge
base for "Automation Error"
