you will need two formulas one to total the number of instances unless it
is always 25 and another to calculate the average.

On your report sum the total of the columns that you want to average.
Format the value as Suppress. Then create a formula that divides the sum by
the number of instances an place it where you want it.

With formulas in crystal you can do almost anything.
