Can't keep Printer settings for reports from NT workstation

I am developing Crystal Reports (Version 8) on an NT 4.0 workstation.
The default settings on my default printer are for paper size to be
"US FanFold  14 7/8  x 11 in" .
I create my wide report.
In Crystal I go to File > Printer Setup and there is my default
printer with the FanFold Paper as the current paper to use.
This wide report prints fine from my machine.

Problem is that when the user opens these reports (some from Access,
some fro VB) it always tries to print based on that users default
settings for the printer. The users default settings are "Letter".
This causes the report to be chopped off and then span over 2 pages...

Why doesnt Crystal save the printer settings that I give it?
When I developed reports in WIN98 all printer settings stayed with the
report and the reports would print according to the settings I gave
it, rather than according to the users default settings.

THanks
Jeff
