I get the "Server has not yet been opened" error when trying to run a report
via ASP / RDC. If it happened all the time, I could probably fix it. The
problem is that it's intermittent. You can try running one report and you
get the error. Try another report, and it works fine. Go back and try the
original report, and now it works, too.

Has anyone seen this? (I'm not holding my breath, to be honest--I seem to
have a peculiar talent for uncovering bugs that no one else has ever seen.
