Hi.
I'm trying to get the revision number from a rpt file, but it sure is harder
than I first thought.... Need it to compare with newer versions on server
before I install new file.

Any directions would be great.

Hi Mats,
    Would you be able to share your results with the newsgroup?  I know I'd
be interested in learning something new and I'm sure there are others who
would benefit also.  That's the great thing about the newsgroup, not only
can you get answers to your own, immediate problems, but, you can learn from
other's problems.  I can't tell you how much I've learned here, by reading
questions and answers that were posted.
Not only have I learned some time-saving techniques, but, I've also learned
things that allowed me to begin tasks properly, avoiding some of the same
pitfalls that my fellow developers have encountered.
