You can get thru the upgrade.
When opening a "old" project , the "upgraded" .Net 2003
senses and upgrades Microsoft items very nicely.
It leaves the Crystal Decisions, references, and the
distribution modules alone.
I had to manually delete the references (about the first
node under your project), and the distribution modules in
the install project.
Look for the appplicatoin deployment doc at crystal
for .NET. It lists the MSM's needed. PUll a fresh
copy. I also found articles c2013175 (distribution),
c2013149 (references) in Crystal land to be of great help.
Note, you get a new "key" when you installed 2003. You
have to use that one in the install project.
The distribution stuff is just about like before, just
new modules to be used. Note, the references in your
project may work for you, but, will be tied back to the
older versions.
You can get there. Keep hammering at it. Brian's doc is
great stuff too!
