 Crystal Reports Report that accesess a performance monitor log file

is there a report that can access a log file generated by performance
monitor?  if there is, where can i get it.  i am not a programer (far
from it) so i don't know how to write one myself

The report you want can, almost certainly, be created. The question
are:-

What information is in the log file?
What information do you want reported?
What is the format of the log file?
