we are using Crystal Reports 8.0 for printing small labels (height 1 inch)
on 2 Epson LQ870 printers and have a big problem. We are using Windows NT 4
and can not use the standard Windows printer driver, because this driver
doesn't allow labels of this size. So we use the multilingual driver from
Epson. The installation program of this driver automatically installs one
printer. Crystal works fine with this printer and our labels until we rename
the printer, because we have to install the printer a second time for the
other label on LPT2. Do you know this problem ?
