using VB variables in CR 8.5 to change the data displayed

I need to use a vb variable to change some data and to display it in CR.

Example: the Access table has a Price column.
I have a text box on the vb form where user can enter the percentage by wich
he wants to multiply this Price and CR must show this new Price with new
totals.

Is it possible?

TIA
 Denis.

Never mind. Found the answer myself.

If somebody is interested you can use Formula Fields to declare a variable
in CR and then set it from VB code.
