I have clients now using Access 2000 and of course, they couldn't read
files from my VB6 application.  I found the service pack to allow this,
and almost all is well.  The Crystal Reports control (v4.6) that comes
with VB6 is not Access 2000 capable and I cannot find a patch.

Is there a reasonable cost fix?  This is a charity project, and I can't
afford to pay $200 or so for CRW 8...
